Dr Ramona Usher IHBC

Dr Ramona Usher has over 20 years' experience in all aspects of historic building and area conservation in the public, private, charitable & higher education sectors. Passionate about archaeology and the historic environment since she was a child, her whole education and subsequent career path centres around this. She is conversant in the research and production of Heritage Impact Assessments, and is a regular expert witness in planning Hearings and Public Inquiries. She has advised on the restoration of many Grade I, II* and II listed buildings including Wollaton Hall, Nottingham. She produces Conservation Management Plans and Conservation Area Appraisals. She is a Full member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.
When Ramona is not climbing a scaffold or exploring Nottingham's historic environment, she can be found travelling the world, writing travel blogs about her adventures and subsequent mishaps. Her recent exploits include the Himalayas and Oman.

Patrizia Poggi
Ravenna, Italy
Patrizia Poggi is a cultural connector. For 30 years, she facilitated dialogue between institution and creativity at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ravenna. In 1980, she co-founded the International Association of Contemporary Mosaicists (A.I.M.C.), promoting mosaic as an avant-garde language from Tokyo to Cairo. She directed the "Patrizia Poggi" art gallery and transformed Relais Villa Roncuzzi into an innovative Art-Hotel, merging art, landscape and enogastronomy. She served as Delegate President for Italy of the LOGIS chain. A curator of exhibitions, she is an Ambassador of Italian Knowledge and Flavours for Italia&Friends in Florence, promoting territory, hospitality and traditions. Since July 2025, she has collaborated with the international magazine meer.com. Her motto is "No Culture, no Future".

Ben is a Fractional COO supporting a range of businesses including SMEs and non-profit organisations with a focus on building a good foundation for these businesses so they can flourish, this includes business growth, strategic planning, systems integration, and team support. Ben is also a generative AI specialist, advising businesses how to engage with and implement AI into their current workflow. He also advises small businesses on product development, pricing, photography, general business processes & best practice, alongside being a home/garden/lifestyle product/gift designer/seller himself. Ben runs his own not-for-profit community organisation with the focus on men’s mental health, offering a safe space where attendees can get support through peer-to-peer conversations, the sessions are based at a purpose built woodworking space and gardening in various locations across Nottingham.

Barjis Chohan is the Founder of the award-winning Multicultural Fashion & Lifestyle brand – Barjis London. Barjis has 26 years of experience running a creative business. She launched her social enterprise; The Barjis Initiative - to empower communities through curated educational training programmes. She studied Fashion at London College of Fashion and MA at Central St. Martins College of Art & Design. Barjis worked for a couture fashion house in Monte Carlo and for Vivienne Westwood before starting her own label.

Barjis is a motivational Keynote Speaker and loves to work with young people. Her passion is to inspire creativity amongst children coming from disadvantaged backgrounds. She believes that the creative industry should be accessible for all.
